Natasha O’Donnell recognized in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s 2022 40 Under 40 List
WASHINGTON, D.C., (September 14, 2022) – Natasha O’Donnell from the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation has been included in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) 2022 40 Under 40 list.
The AHP 40 Under 40 recognition program honors the industry’s brightest young leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers in healthcare philanthropy.
“These honorees are part of a select group who have demonstrated impressive career achievements, deep community involvement, and outstanding leadership in all they do,” said Alice Ayres, AHP President, and Chief Executive Officer.
Natasha began her career in healthcare philanthropy at the Foundation in 2015. Since joining the Foundation, she has relaunched the direct mail program, a key driver in annual giving revenue, most recently achieving 130% of revenue targets in 2021. She has developed and implemented improved donor stewardship practices and programming that have increased the annual giving donor retention rate to 49%. Natasha represents the industry and our Foundation in her multiple speaking roles for several organizations and events, including AFPNB's National Philanthropy Day Workshop, AHP's Convene Canada, AHP's summer webinar series, and BBCON 2021.
“Wise and confident beyond her years, Natasha is astute. She has a mind for business, and a big, compassionate heart – precisely the qualities you'd look for in a non-profit leader. Her passion for philanthropy and dedication to constant improvement continually challenges her team to be the best fundraisers they can be,” said Jamie Gallagher, President and CEO of the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation.
