The Give | Recruitment & Retention

Attracting and retaining top talent at our hospital.

Research, training, and education are key to recruiting and retaining top talent. Not surprisingly, they also lead to better patient outcomes.

Transforming Health Care Fund

Thanks to you, we are building strong nursing leaders who will transform health care in our province. The Transforming Health Care Fund at the University of New Brunswick is providing education and professional development opportunities to nurses and students. The fund will give nurses at the Saint John Regional Hospital an opportunity to upskill through the Nursing leadership and management program. It will also provide scholarships to deserving nursing and health care students who intend to pursue careers at our hospital and in the Saint John region after graduation.

Your investment in the Transforming Health Care Fund will retain and attract the healthcare leaders our hospital needs today and in the future.

Research Fund

Research and education results in improved treatment options and more effective patient-centered care. In addition, research and education is a valuable tool in recruiting and retaining top talent to our hospital. With your support, we will make new discoveries and develop health care professionals who can change the way health care is delivered in New Brunswick.
